Upon successful purchase of the Course, you will receive access to the course materials through our platform, Kajabi. Your access will remain active for the duration of the course availability. The course is self-paced, allowing you to complete the content at your own convenience.

2. Non-Transferable

Course access is for the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. You may not share, distribute, or resell your course login details or any course materials to third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, documents, templates, and other materials provided, remain the intellectual property of Land Development Academy and are protected by copyright. The materials are for personal use only, and reproduction, modification, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

4. 14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the course for any reason within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day window. After 14 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

5. Email Communications
